Frequently Asked Questions

What is Love Roar Spirit Lab?

Love Roar Spirit Lab is a healing approach to health and and lifestyle brand. It is a way of life, concept, philosophy, value in itself…and a method in the making. We currently offer embodied spiritual practices including yoga, meditation and full sadhana or daily “spiritual disciplines”. We believe in healing-centered health, inspired by domains of yoga, neuroscience, holistic health and ritual - informed by research and human centered-design. We belief that when one recovers and reclaims their own sexual and sensual health they can translate these principles and stable personal traits to relational health in other primary domains of life, namely to career health (satisfaction, development, growth) and social health (disruption, reconstruction and social service)

Who runs Love Roar Spirit Lab?

Me! Hi, I’m Jordin Rodondi. I am the one-woman founder/creator/executive behind Love Roar Spirit Lab. Many people have contributed to it’s creation, continue to contribute to it’s maintenance and will be sharing offerings through the Love Roar brand in pop-up collabs end of 2020 and in 2021.

What do you teach?

I teach people how to heal.

How?

I teach people to heal by using principles of research and human-centered design to explore, test and discover a truly holistic and personally effective method to recover. We teach healing using a combination of ancient practices and modern health interventions from variant domains of health. We currently offer embodied spiritual practices including yoga, meditation and full sadhana or daily “spiritual disciplines”.

Why?

I’ve lived through a lot, and so have you.

Do you teach yoga classes?

Yes, I teach asana-only classes, but I primarily teach yoga practices not typically offered in Western studios with a focus on spiritual integration to everyday health, workflow, relationship, life. I like to think of this as applied yoga, applied ritual, applied ‘x’. I live and teach in the West. One of my key aims is translating yoga in a way that honors Indian culture and origin, but also creates accessibility for the Western practitioner. For this reason I have created a method that includes more than yoga but honors all the elements of yogic tools and philosophical interpretations of spiritual development and expansion with focus on Tantric philosophy, Bhukti-Mukti - divine liberation + worldly fulfillment.
